Area Administrative & Subcommittee Service Positions

Facilitator is a person who helps our area work together better, understand there common objectives, and plan how to achieve those objectives. In doing so, the facilitator remains "NEUTRAL" meaning HE/SHE does not take a particular position in the discussions

The treasurer is responsible for all of the incoming and outgoing funds that have to do with our area service. Tere being the single point of accountability for all area finances 

The secretary's role is to be the guardian of the process of the meeting, and is responsible for recording all correspondance and information to document for the minutes

RCM's responsibility is to carry information back and fourth between the Area and the Region

Webmaster manages the domain and website

The policy committee is a board designated committee with the goals of insuring the board has policies and procedures in place to guide the operation and organization in an ethical manner

Disbursses all of our literature and Items from the RSO to our area service body and homegroups

Brings meeting into facilities and places that people arent able to get to a meeting

Is responsible for recieving all of our helpline calls

Chair Person manages overall public relations and outreach

Chair Person is responsible for all area activities and event planning
